Nick Sandell : Here's an average set, I wasn't trying to be impressive- The goal is maximize contractions by using your mind to build muscle. Try not to look at each set like it needs to be a generic 12 curls or 12 presses. Constantly change the rep tempo + type of movement within the set, this will stimulate muscular contractions more effectively!
Plus you'll get stupid pumps 🤩

Also - It looks funny but try absorbing the weight's momentum with your legs, there's a difference between flailing the weights and redistributing the excess impact with your kinetic chain.
