After being ill🤧🤒 for two weeks I'm finally doing better☺️
Two weeks without training❌ and without proper nutrition❌

Since my holidays start today I'm looking forward to train tomorrow and get a little bit back in shape this week with Mateo León Viana in Cyprus.
