Having a hard time growing your back? A lot of clients ask me how they can grow a better back. Focus on contractions, Time under tension and controlling the weight with every set making your reps count not just throwing around heavy weight. Next count your volume if you aren’t growing add more sets and exercises to your back routine by adding an extra set to each workout you do on your back day. Make sure you also work on Traps, Upper back, Lats and Lower back by focusing on exercises that hit those parts of your back!
