Colton Wergin : Last nights leg workout is in the books πŸ€™πŸΌ when it comes to leg growth, I personally get the best results going lighter and focusing on form, so that's exactly what went down. Ngl my squat form is a little spotty still, but I'm doing what I can to bring it back. Everything else was pretty manageable, and felt great 🀘🏼
